we're thrilled to welcome Anugraha Estate to our lineup - our first-ever floral, organic woman-led coffee. Grown by Meera, a first - generation farmer who seamlessly blends her corporate background with her passion for agriculture. Her estate also integrates a dairy farm, bringing life to a truly holistic ecosystem.

This coffee is a midnight bloom - delicate white florals, tea =-like clarity, and an elegance that echoes Ethiopian terroir. It's earned the name "Moonwake- A Coffee that Blooms under Starlight", a nod to its soft luminosity and dreamy profile.

Processed with care by Viggnesh - a driving force behind the Madras Coffee Movement - this lmited 15kg lot was crafted with intention and precision. we love it roasted to medium profile, where the florals shine, sweetness lingers, acidity sparkles, and the body rounds it all out beautifully.
