At Percup Coffee Roasters, we take pride in delivering exceptional coffee products crafted with precision and care. All orders placed with us are considered non-cancellable and non-returnable, even if unopened, reflecting our commitment to maintaining the highest quality.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If there is any damage, defect, or if the wrong item was received, contact us at roast@percup.coffee within 4 days. For brewing equipment or serveware damage, include photos of both the product and the shipping box.

Returns Process

If a return is approved:

• We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

• Do not send returns without prior approval.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

• Coffee products are final sale and non-exchangeable.

Exchanges

Only serveware and brewing equipment are eligible for exchange, and only after a return has been processed.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days after approval.

• Actual posting time may vary depending on your bank/card provider.

• If 15 business days have passed after approval and no refund is received, contact us at roast@percup.coffee.

Shipping & Delivery Timelines

We aim to deliver your coffee fresh and on time.

• Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days from the date of order.

• Delivery Timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Locations: 5–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
